The Northland Primary Mental Health Programme ( Te Pou Ora o Te Piringatahi) was established in 2005 by the six Northland PHOs who have a combined population of 155,000.

The Northland PHOs have close links and deliver collaborative programmes with the Northland DHB, Māori Health Providers, NGOs local communities and other health sectors.
