NEW! Whangarei Primary & Community Nursing Model of Care

During 2015 / 2016 consultation occurred with nurses and consumers about the future model of nursing in the community. As a consequence a new model has emerged which has recently been sanctioned as one of the components of the Neighbourhood Healthcare Homes change process. The new model will commence in Whangarei as the first ‘tranche’ and rolled out to the rest of Northland over the next two years.
