B4 School Checks

B4 school checks are a ministry of health entitlement for all children as part of the well child tamariki ora schedule http://www.moh.govt.nz/moh.nsf/indexmh/childhealth-wellchildservices

Eligibility

• Children must be 4 years of age and reside in Northland
• Children should be seen as close as possible to their 4^th birthday
• A check must be completed before the child turns 5
• Consideration should be given to this when inviting the child for the check
